Warranty on chaps - Important update
We would like to inform you that we no longer offer repair and customization services for chaps.
However, we have an exclusive offer for you! You can now enjoy an exceptional 50% discount on the purchase of a new pair of chaps.

Warranty on bridle
Premium collections’ leather
Premium collections (D Collection, New English Collection, Dressage Collections, Hunter Collection, Icelandic Collection) are made in Dy’on leather.
Dy’on has a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing and raw material flaws.
For safety reasons, we do not repair bridles, but it is always possible to buy separate replacement parts (see the spare parts catalogue).
Basic collections’ leather
Basic collections (Working by Dy’on, La Cense by Dy’on ) are made in water buffalo leather.
Dy’on Working leather items are covered by a one-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.
Warranty on Techwear
Dy’on offers a 1-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.
After that period, we will no longer exchange defective items.
